Sweet Boys

Had the boys 8yr & 3yr check-ups today. Bren had to get some labs drawn (just a finger poke) and he freaked himself out a bit. Cutest thing ever was Nash rubbing Bren's arm and back and saying "okay Bren, OKAY. No hurt Bren, Bren big boy. Me love you Bren. Okay Bren." (Nash had a finger poke at his last appt and was not scared at all...he actually thought it was pretty cool...so he kept trying to convince Bren that he would be OKAY)! That boy has a heart of GOLD! He is just the sweetest!


We played some T-ball and baseball tonight, planted some flowers, played with some worms and hung out with our wonderful neighboors. And of course, played with my new Nikon :)

Special & Fancy

Today I got a brand new camera. Not just any camera...a SPECIAL FANCY camera! I am so stinkin' excited! I've always loved photography...and had a decent camera but now I have the big kahuna and I feel like a kid on Christmas who just opened up their favorite gift! Can't wait to learn all the special features and learn how to use it...here are a couple of my first photos with my new Nikon! Think of all the priceless moments with my kids and family & friends that this camera will capture :)

Oh ya...first I SWORE I would NEVER join Facebook and now I am a FB junkie...and then it was I will NEVER blog.....BUT, these two boys of mine are just too cute for me not to want a way to remember just how special these days with them are!
